Governor Şahin Embraced Three Generations on Eid

Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin, came together with nursing home residents, foster families, security forces and citizens receiving treatment in the hospital within the scope of Eid al-Adha events and shared the joy of the holiday. Governor Şahin, who performed the Eid prayer at the Akdeniz University Mosque, congratulated the citizens on Eid after the prayer.

Three Generations Met at the Same Table

Within the framework of the holiday program, the delegation visited the Antalya Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center and brought together the elderly and children. In his speech, Governor Şahin drew attention to the unifying power of holidays and stated that they were trying to overcome the disadvantages of apartment life with such meetings. Emphasizing that children learning national and spiritual values ​​from their elders is the guarantee of the future, Governor Şahin touched upon the importance of three generations meeting at the same table. The delegation included Konyaaltı District Governor Rahmi Köse, Muratpaşa District Governor İhsan Kara, Provincial Police Chief Sabit Akın Zaimoğlu, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander. Ahmet Kavukcu, Infantry Training Brigade Commander Ayhan Ocak, Kepez Mayor Mesut Kocagöz and Akdeniz University Vice Rector Cengiz Toker also took part.

Moral Visit to Security Forces and Patients

After the meeting at the nursing home, Varsak Uğur Gökcan Governor Şahin, who moved to the Police Headquarters, congratulated the entire police force in the city over the radio. Then, Governor Şahin visited the Kepez District Gendarmerie Command and congratulated the personnel on duty and thanked the law enforcement forces for their successful work. The provincial protocol visited the citizens receiving treatment at the Kepez State Hospital, which was the last stop of the holiday shift, and received information about the health conditions of the patients and wished them a speedy recovery.
