Preparations have begun for the International Showcase

Antalya Gastronomy Platform meeting was held within the scope of the studies carried out to increase the brand value of Antalya with its local cuisine as well as its historical and natural riches. Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin and his wife Ebru Şahin and platform members attended the organization held at Mermerli Geographical Indications Cafe.

At the meeting, strategic preparations for the promotion of the city's local cuisine and geographically indicated flavors in the Antalya House to be created within the scope of COP31 were evaluated in detail. Steps to be taken to bring the city's gastronomy richness to wider audiences on the international platform and to highlight the potential in gastronomy tourism were discussed.

At the meeting where plans for transferring the city's rich culinary heritage to future generations, increasing the added value of local products and increasing tourism diversity were discussed, the importance of inter-institutional cooperation was emphasized.
