Road Map Has Been Determined for Employee Satisfaction at Alanya EAH

An evaluation meeting was held regularly every month at Alanya Training and Research Hospital (EAH) in order to increase employee satisfaction and motivation and strengthen internal communication. The meeting was held by Chief Physician Prof. Dr. It was organized with the participation of Banu Karakuş Yılmaz.

Field Requests and Solution Suggestions Were Discussed

At the meeting, the situations encountered by healthcare professionals in the field, their expectations and demands, and solution suggestions were discussed. Listening to the opinions and suggestions of the employees, the hospital management made mutual evaluations to improve the current processes.

New Road Map Created

The meeting focused on the studies carried out to increase employee satisfaction and the solution suggestions offered. Following the discussions, a new road map was determined to improve in-hospital processes.
