It was examined on site whether the origin-marked flavor, which is protected by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, was produced using authentic methods. Businesses that applied and met the standards were entitled to enter the official registration list.

In the audit committee, Alanya Municipality Climate Change and Zero Waste Manager Sevda Çapa, Alanya District Agriculture and Forestry Manager İhsan İnal, Alanya Hoteliers Hüseyin Değirmenci, President of the Chamber of Hosteliers, Restaurateurs, Cafeterias and Tourist Goods Sellers and Alanya University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Lecturer Dr. Zehra Kaya was featured. During the joint field inspections, the material quality and preparation methods of the establishments that had pistachio lemonade in their menus were examined one by one.

Making a statement regarding the field controls, Manager Sevda Çapa stated that the protection of geographical indications, with the support of Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik, is of strategic importance for gastronomy tourism and the city economy. Çapa congratulated the producers, stating that local sustainability is possible with a geographical indication. Zeytindalı Cafe, Lezzet-i Şinas Restaurant, Terrace Cafe, Verçenik Patisserie and Kiraz Kitchen & Bar, which were determined to comply with the standards, were included in the registration list. It was reported that new businesses that want to be included in the list must apply to the municipality.
